    Before starting the McFit Macro Method program I was tired all the time, no motivation, didn’t exercise and couldn’t bear to look myself in the mirror.     I felt overwhelmed by all the information floating out there about how to best lose wait while mid-thirties and in a high stress job.

    I tried it all: Intermittent fasting, carb-cycle, juice, detox, cleanse, 5 small meals, 3 big meals, supplements - it was a never ending, overwhelming cycle of info that made it so hard to just get started. So much out there, not sure what to even focus on anymore which had me scared to even start.

    When the light bulb hit for me was when I started to focus on what you can accomplish and little by little it becomes more natural to prioritize yourself and evolve your wellness habits/routine; the scale doesn’t have to be scary and can actually be powerful data. When you learn how to let go of it, dictating your life results will finally come.

    I now feel empowered, confident, and calm. I know how simple it is to actually show up for myself and see results. I’m no longer chasing the latest trends, but focused on the simple habits that make a big impact.

  • “I’m eating food I like (I’m a picky eater), including more carbs and calories than I ever would’ve thought possible while losing weight.”

    I wasn’t comfortable in my own skin. I was working out 5 days a week, doing HIIT and strength training but I felt it didn’t look like I worked out. I should’ve been more toned or looked more fit for the amount of effort I was putting into working out. I was starting to think the only way to lose weight was going to be by going on one of the popular weight loss drugs.

    I felt like I knew what I should be doing but I either couldn’t stay on track because it was either too hard or too restrictive. Now, I’m eating food I like (I’m a picky eater), more carbs and calories than I ever would’ve thought possible while losing weight. And I’m also not spending hours in the gym. But to think I’ve lost 15lbs in perimenopause and I didn’t feel any restriction or depravity is unreal! It’s really been the easiest thing I’ve ever done to lose weight, which is unreal to me.
