I GET IT AND I’VE BEEN THERE MYSELF.
I was a washed up group fitness fanatic spending hours in the gym and making myself pay for the foods that I ate. I was eating like a bird through the week and binging on all of the foods that I didn’t allow myself to eat through the weekend. I was constantly starting over every Monday (it was a vicious cycle).
At 39, all the years of dieting, over exercising and food restrictions caught up to me. The strenuous HIIT workouts (i.e. Orange Theory/F45/Burn Bootcamp, Peloton) were getting me nowhere in the gym and leaving me exhausted and not seeing results. I was causing more harm than good to my body—and was the reason behind my sudden 20lb weight gain.
All I wanted was to look like I worked out and those workouts were doing the opposite for my body in perimenopause.
At 40 I started to change my mindset around food, my diet, and exercise. What simply worked in my 20s and 30s was no longer serving me.
I started being strategic with my diet and exercise and taking a deeper dive into my lifestyle.
As a busy mom of 3 boys I had an easy to implement strategy that actually drove results in perimenopause.
Now, I’ve helped over 700 women learn my method which has them feeling confidence in their own skin and feeling good about their bodies again while dropping weight along the way (and actually maintaining it).

I wasn’t comfortable in my own skin. I was working out 5 days a week, doing HIIT and strength training but I felt it didn’t look like I worked out.
