“Macros” means macronutrients. Macronutrients are:
carbohydrates, fats, protein
We will focus on a high protein, low fat, moderate carbohydrate diet. You will learn a lot about what your body needs to reach the goals you’ve been chasing

To be successful on this journey, you have to track what you eat. (documenting the amount of macronutrients you consume in grams)
You will never be alone. I will be with you guiding you and providing you with the amount of macros you personally need to achieve your goals.

This is my favorite step of the journey. Realizing this is a lifestyle change and not a diet.
Realization time may vary from weeks to months.
But the success comes in breaking habits eating the proper foods, realizing your life is forever changed for the better.

Why i want this journey for you
Macro tracking works (and not just as a quick fix diet) because you are in control of what and when you eat, as long as you are in your customized macros range/goal.
Balance is KEY! NO FOOD IS OFF LIMITS. You will simply learn the right way to eat without restrictions. The more consistent you are, the better the results.
